薄型气缸与摆动气缸紧凑一体化的直进摆动单元。直进运动、摆动运动的计时可任意设定也可在前进端、后退端做摆动运动或在直进行程中做摆动运动等。

气源装置给系统提供足够清洁干燥且具有一定压力和流量的压缩空气。由空气压缩机排出的压缩空气虽然可以满足气动系统工作时的压力和流量要求,但其温度高达170摄氏度,且含有汽化的润滑油、水蒸气和灰尘等污染物,这些污染物将对气动系统造成下列不利影响:

混在压缩空气中的油蒸气可能聚集在贮气罐、管道、气动元件的容腔里形成易燃物,有爆炸危险。另外润滑油被汽化后形成一种有机酸,使气动元件、管道内表面腐蚀、生锈、影响其使用寿命。

压缩空气中含有的水分,在一定压力温度条件下会饱和而析出水滴,并聚集在管道内形成水膜,增加气流阻力;如遇低温(0)或膨胀排气降温等,水滴会结冰而阻塞通道、节流小孔,或使管道附件等胀裂;游离的水滴形成冰粒后,冲击元件内表面而使元件遇到损坏。

混在空气中的灰尘等污染物沉积在系统内,与凝聚的油分、水分混合形成胶状物质,堵塞节流孔和气流通道,使气动信号不能正常传递,气动系统工作不稳定;同时还会使配合运动部件间产生研磨磨损,降低元件的使用寿命。

压缩空气温度过高会加速气动元件中各种密封件、膜片和软管材料等的老化、且温差过大,元件材料会发生胀裂,降低系统使用寿命。因此,由空气压缩机排出的压缩空气必须经过降温、除油、除水、除尘和干燥,使之品质达到一定要求后,才能使用。

按安装方式分类:

基本安装型:利用气缸缸体上的螺纹或通孔等进行安装
脚座型:通过L型叫做进行安装
法兰型:通过法兰进行安装,分杆侧法兰安装、无杆侧法兰安装
耳环型:通过耳环进行安装,可以实现气缸的摆动,分为单耳环、双耳环和和一体耳。
耳轴型:通过耳轴进行安装,可以实现气缸的摆动,分为无杆侧耳轴、杆侧耳轴和中间耳轴。
