不可压缩流态下的有效截面积A值按下式计算:
A=qv[ρ(2*△p)^0.5*0.001
式中,A的单位为mm2;qv的单位为m3/s;p的单位为kg/m3;△p=p1-p2,单位为MPa。
国际标准ISO6358中规定,在气动元件两端相对压差△p/p1≤0.02条件下,测定有效面积A值。实际上,△p/p1≤0.02条件下,虽属不可压缩流动,但测出的A值大小与雷诺数Re有关,即A值不是一个定值。因此,应规定在某特定相对压差下(譬如△p/p1≤0.02),测定A值才是合理的。
A值与流通能力Cv值和Kv值的关系是:
A=16.98Cv=19.82Kv
理想气体通过最小截面积为S的收缩喷管,当流动处于壅塞状态下,可求得通过该喷管的质量流量:
qm*=0.04*p0*s/(T0)^0.5
若被测气动元件与上述喷管具有相同的进口总参数(总压P0、总温度T0),流动也处于壅塞流态,且通过的质量流量qm*也相等,并同样用上式表述,则式中S值就陈伟该气动元件处于壅塞流态下的有效截面积。
